Shipping & Return Policy

  • Exchange & Return Period: Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

  • Product Condition: Items must be in their original condition with all Kinfit tags attached. Any item that is damaged or missing its tag will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: You are encouraged to inspect the fabric and size while the courier is present.

  • Refusal Fee: If the order is refused during inspection while the courier is present, a fee of 75 EGP must be paid.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer bears the shipping cost for returns or exchanges, which ranges between 150 EGP and 190 EGP, even during free shipping promotions.

  • One Process Rule: Each shipment is allowed only one process: either a return or an exchange.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we provide a free replacement with no additional shipping fees, valid for 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Refunds: Refunds are issued via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 14 days after receiving and confirming the item's condition.

  • Sales Policy: Returns and exchanges are strictly prohibited during sale and promotional periods.




    سياسة الشحن والاسترجاع

    • مدة الاستبدال والاسترجاع: يجب تقديم الطلب خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الشحنة.
    • حالة المنتج: يجب أن تكون القطعة في حالتها الأصلية مع وجود تاج Kinfit. أي قطعة تالفة أو بدون تاج  لا يحق استبدالها أو استرجاعها.
    • المعاينة عند الاستلام: يُسمح لك بفتح الشحنة ومعاينة الخامة والمقاس أثناء تواجد المندوب.
    • رسوم رفض الاستلام: في حال رفض الطلب بعد المعاينة أثناء تواجد المندوب، يتم دفع رسوم قدرها75جنيهاً للمندوب.
    • مصاريف الشحن: يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع (تتراوح بين 150إلى 190 جنيهاً(، حتى خلال فترات الشحن المجاني.
    • العملية الواحدة: يُسمح بعملية واحدة فقط لكل شحنة (إما استبدال أو استرجاع).
    • القطع التالفة: في حال استلام منتج تالف أو خاطئ، نوفر استبدالاً مجانياً بدون أي مصاريف إضافية، بشرط الإبلاغ خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام.
    • استرداد الأموال: يتم رد المبالغ عبر إنستا باي أو فودافون كاش خلال 14 يوماً من فحص القطعة المسترجعة والتأكد من حالتها.
    • سياسة العروض: لا يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع نهائياً خلال فترة العروض والتخفيضات.
